By using sanlitek.com.tw you agree to these Terms. They are meant to be plain-spoken. If any part conflicts with a law that applies to you and grants you stronger rights, that law wins.

Who this agreement is with

The site is operated by 杉厘科技 Co., Ltd. (杉厘科技), a company registered in Taiwan (Republic of China). In these Terms, "we", "us", and "杉厘科技" refer to that company. "You" is the person using the site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Taipei, Taiwan, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim locally.

What the site is

杉厘科技 publishes free, browser-based utility tools. The featured tool is a machine-translation app at /Translate/. All tools are provided "as is". They may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the tools to translate or generate content that is illegal in either your jurisdiction or the country where the servers are hosted.
• Do not use the tools to harass, defraud, impersonate, defame, or endanger another person.
• Do not use the tools to generate content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass any rate limits, security controls, or access controls that we or our upstream providers put in place.
• Do not attempt to scrape the site at a rate that harms other users or the underlying providers.

We may block requests that we reasonably believe violate these rules, without notice.

Machine translation is not authoritative

The Translate tool returns output generated by a large-language-model service. That output can be wrong, incomplete, or stylistically off, especially for idioms, cultural references, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical text. Do not rely on machine translation for decisions that could cause harm if the translation is inaccurate. Always double-check important translations with a qualified professional or native speaker.

Your responsibility for what you paste in

You are responsible for the text and images you submit to the tools. Do not submit content you do not have the right to process through a third-party translation or vision service. Do not submit passwords, private keys, personally identifying data of other people, medical records, financial account information, legal correspondence, or other confidential material.

Intellectual property

The 杉厘科技 brand, the site design, and the source code are owned by 杉厘科技 Co., Ltd. Translated output that you obtain by using the Translate tool is not owned by us; you may use it, but see the note above about accuracy. You retain any rights you had in the text you submitted.

Advertising

The site is supported by ads served through Google AdSense. Presence of an ad on a page is not an endorsement of the advertiser or the product being advertised. Any transaction with an advertiser is between you and the advertiser.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services, including DeepSeek (for translation and vision) and Google AdSense (for ads). 杉厘科技 is not responsible for the availability, output, or policies of those services. See the Privacy Policy for how data flows to them.

No warranty

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of any translation output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 杉厘科技 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site — even if we were advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to a nominal amount.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
